Full-Time | 12-Month FellowshipAbout the Position
Arcadia Women’s is seeking a new graduate or early-career Nurse Practitioner for a 12-month Women’s Health NP Fellowship.
Our fellowship is designed to provide structured mentorship and hands-on clinical training while gradually transitioning the fellow toward independent practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in women’s health.

Clinical Experience
The fellow will develop experience in:
Preventive and routine gynecologic care
Contraception and reproductive health
PCOS, endometriosis, and menstrual concerns
Perimenopause and menopause
Hormone therapy
Sexual and vulvovaginal health
Fertility and preconception counseling
Metabolic health and medical weight management
Bone health and healthy aging
Office-based gynecologic procedures
Fellowship Structure
The fellow will work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners through a graduated clinical model, beginning with observation and supervised patient care and progressing toward greater independence as competency develops.
Training will include clinical case review, women’s health guidelines, hormone and menopause education, procedures, documentation, coding, and patient communication.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
FNP or WHNP certification
Current or eligible Arizona NP licensure
Strong interest in women’s health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Motivated to learn and receptive to mentorship and feedback

At Arcadia Women’s, fellows have the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in gynecologic care while gaining experience in evolving areas of women’s health, including menopause medicine, hormone therapy, metabolic health, and healthy aging.
Successful completion of the fellowship may lead to an opportunity for a permanent Nurse Practitioner position with Arcadia Women’s Wellness.
