Yes. Arcadia Women’s Wellness offers an optional Membership Program for patients who want additional access, flexibility, and support beyond what is typically covered by insurance.
We remain an insurance-based women’s health practice, and membership is not required to become a patient.
What is included in the Membership Program?
Our Membership Program is designed for patients who may benefit from:
Direct provider communication after hours
Early or late appointment options
Longer visits when appropriate
Add of telehealth visits to review results as they come in
Priority scheduling
More personalized continuity of care
How much does the Membership Program cost?
Membership Program:
$99/month or $1,000/year if paid in advance
Enhanced Membership Program:
$150/month or $1,500/year if paid in advance
Membership fees are separate from insurance-covered medical services. Medical visits, labs, imaging, procedures, and medications may still be billed to insurance or paid out of pocket depending on your plan.
Do I have to join the membership to become a patient?
Absolutely not. Our membership program is entirely optional. We welcome patients whether they choose traditional insurance-based care or one of our membership options.

Yes. We care for adolescents and adult women, providing age-appropriate gynecologic care, menstrual management, contraception counseling, preventive care, and education in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Yes. Our providers specialize in evidence-based menopause care and offer individualized hormone therapy when appropriate, as well as non-hormonal treatment options tailored to your medical history and goals.

Yes. We perform many common gynecologic procedures in our office, including:
IUD placement and removal
Endometrial biopsy
Colposcopy
Vulvar biopsy
Cervical polyp removal
Ultrasound-guided evaluations (when appropriate)

Most insurance-covered visits are scheduled based on the complexity of your medical needs. Patients enrolled in our membership have access to extended appointment times when clinically appropriate.
