Welcome to Arcadia Women’s Wellness
A modern women's health and wellness practice created for women who want clear answers, personalized care, and support through every stage of life.
Women's Wellness in Arcadia and Phoenix
At Arcadia Women's Wellness, we believe women deserve healthcare that listens first. Whether you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, changing periods, weight changes, hormone questions, birth control decisions, or preventive gynecology, our goal is to help you understand what is happening in your body and what options may be available.
Our care is evidence-based, thoughtful, and individualized. We bring together gynecology, hormone and metabolic health, preventive care, and select wellness services in a setting that feels personal, modern, and approachable.
Meet The Team
Arcadia Women's Wellness is led by Julia Cyr, DNP and Kristina Calligan, FNP. Both are Menopause Society Certified Practitioners (MSCPs), which reflects advanced focus in menopause care. Their approach is direct, compassionate, and practical: explain the science, listen to the patient, and create a plan that makes sense.

A Different Approach
Women are often told their symptoms are normal, vague, or just part of aging. We take a different approach. We look at the whole picture: symptoms, history, goals, labs when appropriate, lifestyle, mental health, sleep, metabolism, sexual health, and long-term wellness.
From there, we help you make informed choices that fit your life.

Women’s Health & Gynecology
Healthcare decisions feel easier when you have clear information. That is why education is a core part of the Arcadia Women's Wellness experience.
Our blog will cover the questions patients ask every day: What is hormone replacement therapy? Is hormone therapy safe? What is the difference between bioidentical and synthetic hormones? Should I use a GLP-1? What happens after an abnormal Pap? What are my birth control options?
